🌞✨ Our first stop was exploring the archaeological complex northeast of Mexico City, the ancient wonders of Teotihuacan! After a long walk through history, we discovered the incredible La Gruta restaurant nestled in a cave nearby! We love trying new foods, so when we saw “Grasshoppers” on the menu, we couldn’t resist giving them a try! 🦗🍴 An adventurous and delicious treat that added an extra sprinkle of excitement to our unforgettable day! After all, it was something the locals ate in this region of Mexico.

From stepping into the surreal world of Team Labs Planets to witnessing the awe-inspiring sight of a real moving giant robot at Gundam Factory Yokohama. Our journey took us to the whimsical Snoopy Cafe and the electrifying Robot Cafe, where we were immersed in a whirlwind of colors and creativity.

But it wasn’t just about the attractions; it was also about savoring the flavors of Japan. We indulged in the delicate sweetness of fresh Strawberry & Peach Mochi, tantalizing our taste buds with each bite. And oh, the sushi! Tsukiji Outer Market treated us to the freshest, most exquisite sushi imaginable. The Uni sushi was a standout, leaving us craving for more.

As night fell, we found ourselves wandering through the nostalgic streets of Omoide Yokocho in Shinjuku, soaking in the bustling atmosphere and relishing in the timeless charm of Tokyo’s past. Venturing into Tokyo was a whirlwind of excitement! Shibuya Crossing had us mesmerized by its bustling energy, where the rhythm of the city seemed to pulse through every pedestrian. Our little ones were over the moon diving into the world of Gashapon machines, each capsule holding a miniature treasure waiting to be discovered. Sanrio Puroland was a dreamland for them, filled with whimsy and beloved characters. Ascending Shibuya Sky gifted us panoramic views, a breathtaking perspective of Tokyo’s sprawling skyline.

But perhaps one of the best highlights was our visit to the Owl Cafe, where we were enchanted by the serene presence of these majestic creatures. Tokyo, with its fusion of tradition and modernity, left an indelible mark on our hearts.🦉🌸

Our journey led us to the iconic Chureito Pagoda, where we witnessed the beauty of this tiered tower against the backdrop of the sacred mountain. Venturing to Oshino Hakkai, we immersed ourselves in the serene atmosphere of pristine ponds and traditional architecture. After a day of exploration, we unwound in a cozy ryokan, savoring the tranquility of Japanese hospitality. We made a quick stop in Nara for the fun experience of feeding the deers in the park. Fun fact: the deers will bow to you before eating a cracker! So polite 🦌😊

We also checked off a few more food items of our bucketlist, the delicious mugwort mochi from the famous pounding mochi store , and the popular Japanese sukiyaki meal.
.
Last stop was seeing one of Japans most famous Buddhist temple in Japan, Todaiji. Such a massive and beautiful display to enjoy!
